On Their Day is a web-first product for preparing thoughtful notes and reminder details for people you care about. The free setup experience stores information in your browser on this device.

The founding set-and-forget plan is a paid beta for handled reminders while automation is being built. Reminder details are confirmed before service begins.

Payment

It is free to set up one person in the browser. The founding set-and-forget plan is $19/year for up to 10 people and requires explicit payment approval before any charge. Any future premium note, e-gift-card purchase, or convenience fee will also require explicit approval before a charge.

Subscription, cancellation, and refunds

The founding plan is an annual subscription. You can cancel future renewal by emailing hello@ontheirday.com. If the plan is not useful in the first 14 days, email us and we will make it right. Refunds after that window are handled case by case and as required by law.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any message you create today. If reminder or approval features are added, messages will still require your approval before anything goes to a recipient. Use the product thoughtfully and do not use it to send harmful, misleading, or unwanted communication.

No guarantee

On Their Day is provided as-is while the product is being launched and improved. We will work to make it reliable and useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
