On Their Day is a web-first product for preparing thoughtful notes and reminder details for people you care about. The free setup experience stores information in your browser on this device.

The Founding Care Plan is a paid beta for handled reminders. Reminder details are submitted after checkout and a confirmation is sent before reminders begin.

Payment

It is free to set up one person in the browser. The Founding Care Plan is $19/year for handled reminders up to 10 people and requires explicit payment approval before any charge. Any future premium note, e-gift-card purchase, or convenience fee will also require explicit approval before a charge.

Subscription, cancellation, and refunds

The founding plan is an annual subscription that renews yearly unless canceled. You can cancel future renewal by emailing hello@ontheirday.com. We will process cancellation requests as promptly as possible and before future renewal when received in time. If the plan is not useful in the first 14 days, email us and we will make it right. Refunds after that window are handled case by case and as required by law.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any message you create today. Founding-plan reminders are sent to you first for approval. If direct reminder, text, card, gift, or sending features are added, messages will still require your approval before anything goes to a recipient. Use the product thoughtfully and do not use it to send harmful, misleading, or unwanted communication.

Approval First and Set & Forget

Approval First is the default: we prepare the reminder and bring it to you before anything happens. Set & Forget, where available, means we watch the date and give you a heads-up with time to edit, skip, or pause. Sensitive moments may remain approval-first. You can pause or archive a person by using reminder links when available or by emailing support.

Texts, cards, gifts, and partner offers

Text approvals, recipient sending, cards, gifts, e-gift cards, and partner recommendations are not automatic. If these features are added, they must be optional, clearly labeled, and approval-first. We will ask before enabling text approvals.

Not for emergencies

On Their Day is not an emergency, medical, legal, mental health, or safety service. Do not rely on it for urgent communication or time-sensitive support where delay could cause harm.

No guarantee

On Their Day is provided as-is while the product is being launched and improved. We will work to make it reliable and useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
