If something feels confusing, broken, or unclear, send the page you were on and what you expected to happen. We read every note while this is new.
Payment questions
It is free to set up one person in the browser. The founding set-and-forget plan is $19/year for handled reminders up to 10 people and requires explicit payment approval before any charge.
After checkout
Founding members finish setup on the post-payment page. We confirm the first reminder before handling anything, and nothing goes to a recipient without approval.
Cancellations and refunds
Founding members can cancel future renewal by emailing hello@ontheirday.com. If the plan is not useful in the first 14 days, email us and we will make it right.
